Variable Speed Drives
Vesta Group’s preferred products are the Danfoss VLT range, specifically designed for HVAC applications.
Variable speed drives (VSDs) are designed to vary the speed of a normally fixed speed motor. In HVAC applications, they are used primarily to control fans and pumps. If your Cooling Tower fan is not required to run at constant full speed or full time, introducing a VSD to control these requirements, can increase the efficiency of the unit and drastically reduce your energy costs.
FC101 VLT HVAC Basic Drive
This drive is the most compact unit in its class designed for efficient control of fans and pumps int HVAC applications, don’t let its name fool you, this is no Basic drive.
Integrated DC coils reduce harmonics to an absolute minimum and the Automatic Energy Optimizer saves 15-25% energy from the second you turn the it on.

This drive is the most compact unit in its class designed for all HVAC applications. A full featured, HVAC dedicated drive with built-in intelligence, offering a large variety of functions to meet the HVAC requirements. Perfectly matched to pumps, fans and compressors.
